3. Accounts
An account is created automatically when you place your first order, or when you register directly. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed after payment proof (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer) is submitted and manually verified by our team. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where payment cannot be verified, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
5. Subscription Plans
Daily, monthly, and yearly plans grant a recurring download quota as described on the plan’s product page at the time of purchase. Quotas reset on the schedule stated for that plan and do not carry over unused downloads to the next period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or publicly share your account access or downloaded files in a way that violates the applicable GPL license or these Terms; attempt to circumvent download limits or access controls; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
Original authorship of each plugin/theme remains with its respective developer. Our role is limited to GPL-compliant redistribution of the code; see our GPL Disclaimer for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. tools.hostingzing.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product obtained through this site, including but not limited to website downtime, data loss, or compatibility issues.
