tools.hostingzing.com sells digital products (plugin/theme downloads and subscription plan access). Because these products are delivered electronically and access is granted immediately upon order approval, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been approved and download access has been granted. This applies to one-time product purchases as well as Daily, Monthly, and Yearly subscription plans.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Once a download link or file is made available to your account, the product cannot be “returned” the way a physical good can — the value has already been delivered. This is standard practice across digital marketplaces and helps us keep prices low for every customer.
Before You Buy
To avoid any disappointment, please:
- Read the product page carefully, including what is and isn’t included
- Review our GPL Disclaimer to understand exactly what GPL redistribution means for updates and official support
- Message us on WhatsApp before purchasing if you have any questions about compatibility or features
Order Cancellation Before Approval
If you’ve submitted payment proof but your order has not yet been approved, contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we’ll do our best to cancel it before processing. Once an order is approved and access is granted, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Payment Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, were double-charged, or paid for an order that was never approved or delivered, please contact us within 3 days with your payment proof and order details — these cases are reviewed individually and are the one exception where a resolution (including a possible refund) may be offered at our discretion.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscription plans (Daily, Monthly, Yearly) do not auto-renew unless stated otherwise at checkout. You can simply choose not to renew at the end of your plan period — there is nothing to cancel. Partial-period refunds are not offered.
